3 Bros. Lawn Service was founded by Gerardo Hernandez Sr. in the early 2000's as an extra means of income to provide for his family. As time progressed his three sons soon joined him when they were of age to start working. Together, Gerardo Sr. and his sons worked part time on and off throughout the years to make ends meet.

     In the summer of 2014, Gerardo Hernandez Sr. was laid off from his full time job and returned to the lawn care industry in hopes of finding a way to make ends meet. At that time his son Gerardo Jr (Middle Brother) was working full time and had just started attending the University of North Texas in Denton as a full time student when Gerardo Sr. was laid off from work. Gerardo Jr. finished up his first semester of college and returned home quickly to help the family out. Gerardo H. Jr. was able to complete his Bachelors of Business from the University of North Texas in Dallas in 2017.

      Currently, Gerardo Sr. and Gerardo Jr. are still working in the family business as well as the older brother Roberto who has rejoined to help lead the crews. Together, they offer decades in valuable experience while priding themselves in offering exceptional customer service, quality work and dependability.
